4. Customization and Branding

For customized apparel (such as team jerseys or branded workwear), please ensure that all artwork, logos, and specifications provided are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in branding resulting from incorrect files provided by the customer. All custom orders require final approval before production begins.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to quality. If you receive an item that is defective or does not match your order specifications, please contact us via WhatsApp or tawk.to within 7 days of receipt.

• Conditions: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom-branded apparel cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is proven to be defective.

6. Limitation of Liability

Athletic Goods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
